The Immersive room is a state of the art room that projects pictures on to the walls and floor in order to create a wide range of “environments” to support learning. For example, in a recent Creativity Week session we were able to create a “moon” environment which surrounded the children while they explored sensory items or listened to a “space” story. This room also allows us to create real life situations to support the understanding of road safety and life in the wider world.
Funds for the Immersive room were raised through fundraising, donations and the support of Friends of Cann Bridge School.
