Clerk to Governors
Brief information
As Clerk to Governors, my role is to support the governing body to meet their legal obligations and support the strategic direction of the school. A lot of my work goes on in the background, but I do come into school from time to time for meetings. I am passionate about specialist education and the impact it has on pupils' development and wellbeing - my youngest son attends another special school in the city so I understand from a parents' perspective what a difference high-quality SEND education looks like.
