Welcome! We’re Jen, Kate, and Tracy, the teaching team in Post Bridge College.

We’re passionate about delivering a curriculum that prioritises the development of independent living and employability skills, supporting our learners to gain the confidence they need to navigate daily tasks and challenges.

One of the areas in which we are most proud to support our young people is in developing work-related learning skills, giving students hands-on experience and practical knowledge that prepares them for future employment. We can see the value seeing the development of social skills and life skills, equipping students with the tools to build positive relationships, communicate effectively, and manage real-world situations.

We love getting to know our new learners in September and all like the excitement in December, but we are all in agreement that July is one of our favourite months in Post Bridge as it is filled with celebration as we spend this important time with them and share their success. We like seeing our learners achieve and very much like keeping in touch to find out how they progress after their time with us. We take pride in seeing our young people develop as they enter their final years at the school and move on to whatever is next for them.
