Understanding of the World

The Understanding of the World Team is dedicated to helping learners explore and engage with the world around them through a broad and dynamic curriculum. We oversee subjects such as Maths, Science, Geography, History, and Computing (Digital Skills), providing learners with hands-on experiences and inquiry-based learning opportunities. By fostering curiosity and critical thinking, we aim to develop a deeper awareness of diverse cultures, environments, and historical contexts. Our team coordinates special events such as Online Safety Day, Science Day, and Gardening Day to enrich the learning experience. We work closely with teachers, families, and the community to create meaningful and relevant educational opportunities that empower learners to make connections and become informed global citizens.
